Scars

A hundred people may push you down,
But there will always be some, to pull you up,
Never let anything, let you fear what may come,
Never let anything, convince you to give up,
The biggest thing in the world isn't,
The ability to, hide yourself behind a shield,
Of every trouble you may face in life,
The courage to get up, is the real yield,
So never be afraid to let the world see your wounds,
These are the scars of the battles you've fought,
Let the world know what you've been through,
The lessons you, your life has taught.
