Yourself

Before you gossip with your friends about how someone may seem to be quite 'weird', 'oversensitive' or how 'unusual' their behaviour may be, pause and put yourself at their place. They may have reasons to do so.
This is a part of an effort to help these DEPRESSED PEOPLE deal with their issues. Be a part of this and set a status with something you'd want to say to them, to help them out.
This status goes out to the immense number of people that I've witnessed to be stressed out about their lives.
Before you complain about how...
i) tough your life is...
ii) complicated your relationships are with others...
iii) mean people are towards you...
iv) depressed you are...
...take a moment to ponder over...
i) how much you've contributed to this 'yourself'.
ii) how much you 'yourself' have distanced these people from you.
iii) why you 'yourself' have given these people the space to trouble you.
iv) how you've never made an effort to change this 'yourself'.
If you 'yourself' have never made an effort to change any of this, you most certainly don't have the right to grumble about your issues.
No one can make your life simpler but you, 'yourself'.
P.S: When you have all the time in the world to indulge in activities just so you're not bored — take a moment to do something for a good cause too.
Maybe someone in your friends circle, someone you may never have known to be going through a hard time, may be motivated to never give up by your effort. ‪#‎makeaneffort‬
